You have freedom to pick the best placement of your cabin and access to it. The shared access entrance with Lot 3 creates a splendid entrance. Each of the lots at Sky Ridge Retreats has been carefully selected to include one or more unique features such as beautiful cliff top views, sunrise or sunset panoramas, secluded wooded locations with rocky outcroppings, open field lots with waterfront vantage, direct access to the Daniel Boone National Forest, and more. All lots have driveway entrances prepared with city water, electric, and high speed internet hookups. Preliminary soil tests were conducted throughout the property to confirm the possibility of septic (individual lots will need checked with specifics for size and placement of cabins).
