I really love Gardenside and I reeeeeeally love this ranch on a basement. So much character. Check out the arched built-in and the arched doorway, the big picture window in the large living room, the way some rooms have windows in the corner and all the original knotty pipe paneling....it was the shiplap of the 50s and 60s. This home has been loved by the same family since 1965 so much of the original character remains like the shuffleboard tiled floor in the basement. The windows have been replaced with vinyl, the driveway has been replaced. Overall, this is a solid home that you could paint and do some minor DIY updates and just enjoy it.
